Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oneticktrading.com and related software, APIs, and content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the proprietor of OneTickTrading ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OneTickTrading is a software platform that lets users design, backtest, paper-trade, and (for paid subscribers) automatically execute rule-based trading strategies on cryptocurrency exchanges that they themselves connect via API key. We do not custody funds, do not place trades on our own account, and do not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter. Trade execution flows through your own exchange account using credentials you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including those governing automated trading and digital-asset transactions.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through NOWPayments, our crypto payment processor. By subscribing you authorize NOWPayments to debit the wallet you used to fund the subscription on each billing cycle until you cancel. NOWPayments issues on-chain payment confirmations; we are responsible for issuing receipts for tax purposes on request. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Trading Risk Disclosure

You are solely responsible for the strategies you create or activate, the parameters you configure, the position sizes you choose, and any losses or gains that result. We do not monitor your strategies for prudence or fit and we do not intervene in trades.

7. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Information presented — including AI-generated explanations, conversational responses, and example strategies — is provided for educational purposes only. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

8. Exchange API Keys

The Service connects to your exchange account using API keys you provide. We encrypt those keys at rest. You are responsible for the permissions you grant on those keys. We strongly recommend you use trade-only keys with withdrawals disabled. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised keys, exchange outages, or actions performed using your keys at your direction.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security mechanism.
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates exchange terms or applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of strategies, configurations, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the Service.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects. We do not warrant that any backtest result, AI-generated output, or live execution will be accurate, profitable, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
